Imagine this. You pick up the phone and call a renowned NYC specialist in the midst of a RLS/depression episode and he answers the phone. You read that right. Dr. Glen Brooks spent the next 30 minutes on the phone with me getting all the necessary details, history, list of current meds, etc. He called in the much-needed meds to my pharmacy in NC. This is an amazing place run by humanitarians. I simply cannot say enough about Dr Brooks- he really, truly cares. His staff is knowledgeable and kind, and all of them have helped me so very much. I have TRD and ketamine treatments have saved my life, thank you Dr Brooks.
Once again needed to talk to dr brooks and with in 10 minutes I had my question answered by him. Don’t know how he does it but as I said before you will never find a dr who cares and respects his patients. Your family with him not just a another patient. Class act.
