I have been to this location several times due to its proximity to where I work, the bagels and cream cheese are good...but the service is horrendous...and today was the same. I was picking up for myself and a co-worker and was told the asiago bagel was out (my order I placed 30 minutes prior). Nothing else. Sad, first time trying it out. Waited 30 mins for a bagel. The lady with the red hair was rude and wouldn't even check on my order as I watched them to continue placing orders on a table in the back. Never again Placed order at 803 got it at 830...

Sausage egg and cheese, salt pepper ketchup, egg everything. My guy, If you know, you know. If you dont? Great staff, great sandwiches, and bagels you've never experienced before. NY tri-state area does bagels different and these guys bring me home. Thinking about getting your bagels somewhere else? Fuhgeddaboudit.
