In my experience from July 2023- Jan 2024 this firm was not proactive in handling paperwork they agreed they would do for small claims in payment of $600 with Gerald Truesdale. Many times I made an appointment and the front desk people said he was not in the office at the times we agreed upon. No phone call prior stating he was going to be in court or Alabama. I was referred to this office for a family member that had a first offense charge against them. The case was dismissed and I am very thankful for that. I gave a four-star, because there was a slow response in the beginning w/getting information from attorney Jason about the details of the case but he did come through for my family. I will always be grateful
