I appreciate how smooth everything was with Jessica. She was responsive, professional, and transparent during my lease. My deposit was returned quickly, and only a cleaning fee was deducted, which I expected. I relocated, otherwise I would have renewed another year. Definitely recommend to renters looking for a smooth re-homing experience or a landlord because she will take care of your home.
