Nearly unusable internet and a bus rotting on the property that has homeless people living in it that makes one entrance very dangerous to walk through is not worth the absurd price
I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I felt truly at home. The management team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any issues or concerns. You deserve to live somewhere where you are treated with respect and dignity. A place in where, if you pay your bills on time and comply with housing rules, you have just as much a right to be here as anybody else. Lark is not this place. Rebecca Moore is the assistant general manager here and she sent me an eviction notice for not paying $1,000’s in a double charge on rent. Absolutely do not recommend. They're very aggressive in marketing lease renewals and are not honest. They will try to gouge you for every penny. I had a scratched piece of furniture they wanted replaced with ~%400 mark up. Even at a 10% & 10% OP with labor added doesn't justify the cost. They charge for cleaning and minor repairs, which my former roommate still living there has confirmed never happened with their new roommate whose been there a week now.
