Horrible place to live. This type of residence need to go out of business and need to learn how to fix their management. There are always people parking in spots they are not supposed to but these guys don't do anything about it until way later the next day. I do not have a space to park and I park somewhere else and I get my car towed. Management is lazy and useless. Worst place you could ever choose to live and it only gets worse. I lived there last year and it’s very clear that this place just exists to take students money and get away with it. Literally requested a call back to deal with closing my account 2 weeks ago…. It took them 2 weeks to even give me a call back. So now they’re horrible AND you can’t even get ahold of them to solve it. I’m not even mentioning the hundreds of issues such as parking, TRASH, overcharges, etc etc. Literally go anywhere else
“Nobody likes their landlord” but I did. I lived here for 5 years and it was my first home away from my parents. I really believe that they did everything within their power to make me feel safe and heard and accommodate me even when it may have not been convenient for them and they didn’t legally have to.
