This company was the worst experience ever! Tony must have been the top telemarketer in his previous jobs because his attitude and rebuttals are incredibly disrespectful. He is very unprofessional and have the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a business setting as a customer. We were treated poorly after asking clarity questions about extra fees and unexplained fees. The houses are sub par and only barely habitable, the staff working in the office does not communicate with each other as I have to call multiple times to share information or work orders that was previously told to their employees. They barely want to fix these homes but rush you to pay. If you’re late, they do not care they’ll tape a bright orange sticker on your window with your information for all your neighbors to see every week until they’re paid.
