Dr Irwin has the worst side bedside manner I have ever experienced in my 26yrs of healthcare. He had no alternate treatments options to offer my mother with Neuroapathy. He is in adequately trained in pain management. Go see Dr Lou in Fayetteville AR if you want an experienced pain management physician. S.Zimmer RN

I just stopped taking a nasty med, yes it helped me occasionally and I was completely fine with stopping taking it. (I didn't want to take it in the first place...I even tried to give him the prescription back.) Dr. Irwin was completely uncaring about any withdrawals I might suffer. And I did, still am. I received ZERO instructions on the way to proceed, except for him quickly telling me what to do. I asked him if the instructions where written down, he pointed at the pharmacy 'script and said

I have never had a more positive experience than I did today with Dr Irwin. His staff was nice and professional. He was caring and kind. He actually took the time and explained my Degenerative Disk Disease breaking it down to where I could understand my diagnosis. He did not treat me like an addict, he treated me like a person. I would give his practice 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Irwin.

Dr Irwin is a very kind man who understands pain. My only complaint is his desk help. Rude and not always very helpful. It's hard to communicate with her about anything because she is rude and obviously wants off the phone. She treats you like a pest. Always. In a big hurry I guess, but I do not like being hung up on before I am able to finish what I'm saying. I had to call back to finish what I needed to convey... which was important. If you can get past the desk, you have a great doctor.

Dr. Irwin is very kind and supportive. He discussed proposed treatment very well using models. I have been to other hospital based clinics and left disappointed when I felt like I was just a number. Must see Dr. Irwin!

Friendly doctor that explained the proceedure in detail at my first appointment. He made sure I was comfortable prior to injecting the needle. Office was nice and clean, accepted my insurance. I switched to him because my other doctor was not so kind. Very happy with Dr. Irwin.

In 2014 I had a lower lumbar and cervical fusion. In 2016, I was referred to Dr. Stephen Irwin for pain management. Dr. Irwin’s staff got me in right away for consult and I left the same day with a pain management plan and my necessary prescriptions. Dr. Irwin gives me options and lets ME decide how to best manage my pain. I owe a huge gratitude to him for improving my quality of my life.

Dr. Irwin is a great pain doctor that is not interested in being the pill mill of the area. He is truly dedicated to getting you functioning. His injections were able to correct a back problem I have been dealing with since an auto accident several years ago.

The best doctor I have been to for my neck. I require injections and Dr. Irwin seems to get it right every time. I went through four other doctors in the area before I found him. Not sure what he does differently but whatever it is I can tell you that it works far better than any of the other places. The best place to go if you are needing a pain doctor. Very good doctor!!!
