I was having a couple of problems with my 05 6.0l and didn't want to take it to the dealership to be overcharged for the work, I wanted some place that worked on Powerstrokes and I found NW Powerstroke. Called them and set up an appt for them to look at it. Took it in and was impressed with the friendly customer service, so I scheduled a time to get it worked on. Had a flat leaving work and called roadside for a tow to the nearest shop to have it fixed. The driver they sent was from NW Powerstroke & Recovery. I have had to deal with tows and drivers before and was not looking forward to yet another bad experience. Boy was I wrong. The driver they sent was awesome. Courteous, friendly, and got things done quickly. First and only time I have ever been impressed by a tow driver. If I ever need one again I will be calling direct instead of through roadside assistance.
The team at NW Powerstroke towed my BMW to my mechanic's shop and they were amazing. They treated my car with upmost care and were beyond courteous. I would recommend this shop. Jeremy, your team was the best. I know now why USAA Insurance company uses your company!!!!
