I called and left a message to schedule work. Jeremy called me back the next day June 30th and he advised NW Powerstroke had a 1 week backlog to schedule a job. I scheduled an appointment date of July 8 th with Jeremy. Jeremy suggested the date. I arrived on the appointment date, July 8th at 8 am and dropped the truck off for the 2 hour job. I called later that day at 4:20 to see if my truck was done and Jeremy said "He was backed up for 2-3 weeks and I would have to leave the truck if I wanted them to do the 2 hour job". Un... read more
RecommendedThese guys are awesome, got our truck in quickly for diagnostic work while working around our schedule. Then were very quick to fix the issue found once they asked me for the okay! Super knowledgeable and honest guys, with no pressure on anything. this will be definitely our go to shop for our truck from now on!

I recently had work done on my diesel truck there mechanics are very knowledgeable on what they do. I would recommend this shop if you need stuff done to your truck. The environment is very friendly and the owner is very easygoing and easy to talk to.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I called in and needed tires as soon as possible because of a road trip I needed to take. They were able to get me in and out SAME DAY! Michael really went above and beyond for me and is a great representative of NW Powerstroke's name. I was able to get an AMAZING value on the 10 ply tires I bought. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Super friendly staff, they care about what they do, very quick, and great overall service!
