If you're looking for a good shop with good mechanics that do nothing other than care about you and your vehicle this is the place to go these guys were spot on and fast with my baby was looking at over four weeks for any other shop to see my truck these guys had it diagnosed in less than two days and back to me within a week absolutely phenomenal Will never go to any other shop again! Had my 2004 Ford Excursion in for new injectors after Fred Meyer but has in my 6.0 also upgraded my exhaust system and a BD high air intake system at 131000 miles . At 134000 miles I blew the head gasket towing my 36 foot trailer which they fixed also. While towing my trailer, the wind blew me all over the road. Nw Powerstroke installed Bilstein shocks and struts, Hellwig front and rear sway bars and Firestone remote air bags. Cody, CJ, Even, and Jeremy did a great job.
I met the owner while he was on vacation at my workplace. Told him about my in-laws 6.4 F350 and what symptoms were. Said they could fix it. Took his business card and referred in-laws to his business. After a long while he showed up to tow the truck (him knowing they lived over 100 miles away) took the truck. Now it's been in his shop for over 8 months. They've paid for every cost he's called them with. Very hard to get a reply out of him nor anybody that works at this shop. Great service and even better customer support! They completely saved the weekend for multiple families as we were broke down on the side of I-5 towing a toy hauler to the coast. They took the time to dig through some used parts they had, and avoided needing to order what we needed. Had us back on the road with smiles on our faces. Thanks a ton guys, you probably don't realize how much your help meant to our kids/families/pocket book!
