Definitely a disappointing experience. I came in Thursday morning to schedule an appointment and booked it for Friday at 1:00 PM. The booking process was very basic — they just wrote down my phone number. On Friday, we received a text message saying the appointment had been pushed back to 1:45 PM. While delays can happen, it was frustrating to have the time changed after already scheduling it in person.
