Definitely a disappointing experience. I came in Thursday morning to schedule an appointment and booked it for Friday at 1:00 PM. The booking process was very basic — they just wrote down my phone number. On Friday, we received a text message saying the appointment had been pushed back to 1:45 PM. While delays can happen, it was frustrating to have the time changed after already scheduling it in person. Weird check in process. My sister and I went in to get a massage we were told to come back in 10 minutes. When we returned we were told to call a number at the desk. We called the number , no one picked up. Theme the receptionist came in and told Us to text her boss. When I texted the boss they replied no more appointments. The whole process was really weird… pretty sure happy endings are happening here and they are screening customers.
