PROMPT/PRECISE/PERFECT! We had water damage in our condo. My realtor referred me to Nu Environmental. Nu was FIRST RESPONDER of 4 companies I contacted. When other companies proposed inspection 2 weeks out, Nu shoehorned me IN 3 DAYS. Ian, my inspector, did a FORENSICALLY THOROUGH INSPECTION checking for moisture INCLUDING INFRARED IMAGING from baseboard to ceiling moldings, pulling out insulation AIR SAMPLES & MULTIPLE SWABS.
