Highly recommend! Very clean, professional, and organized. This was my first time doing cryo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great communication when scheduling the appointment and what to expect. I will definitely be going back.

I can’t recommend Courtney enough! She’s incredibly attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, and she makes you feel comfortable right away. Every session is thorough and never rushed, you can genuinely tell she cares about her clients and their recovery. Her shop is always clean, calm, and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you’re in the middle of post-op healing. Courtney is the best in the Bay Area. Over the past few years, I have booked her for the different variety of facials that she offers. Every experience has made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She’s professional but also very down to earth, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and extremely knowledge in her product offerings. My skin always feels refreshed and taken care of after every visit. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
