I'll been taking my kids here for 18 years and my wife Went her when she was a kid. After the last Ownership change. The new receptionist is rude and disrespectful not to mention just about useless at her job. Nurse Practitioner Anne Fine is the Best! Only reason its not 1 Star. unfortunately she's not available everytime we visit which is understandable nevertheless after this last Rude Phone call we are finding a new pediatrician for our children.
I called inquiring about the possibility of my son coming in for a physical only to learn he was one year past the age to be seen. Cassandra did a remarkable job by connecting with a sister location who takes adults and provided me with information and the phone number to schedule an appointment!! I was wowed by her level of caring and support!! Thanks Cassandra 🫶
I’ve been coming here and now I’m fortunate enough to have my kids come here they’re available and accommodating
The Cool Kidz Pediatrics team is the best that there is! They are always there to help us, no matter how busy they are helping everyone! A big thanks to the entire staff! Merry Christmas! :-)
