My husband and I have been living at Nuvelo’s for +3 years and a half now. While the building offers a luxurious environment there are some significant details that need attention: Lately, WEED smell all over the lobby and the 1st floor, it is disgusting and it is disrupting the peaceful, quiet atmosphere that should be a standard in luxury living. Year 2 update: I'm still here despite the place slowly going a bit downhill. The leasing staff are still helpful and maintenance responds to requests quickly and well, so I don't knock that. It's honestly just the community itself. You can't really escape the smell of weed, loud parties, just weird odors and random people on speaker phone in the public areas at all hours. I've been in this apartment for over two years, and I'm very glad I made this choice. Angel Ramirez omg is the best! He so friendly, kind, and he always there for anything you need! The management staff Lindsey and Chris are very accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. "I am so impressed with the maintenance service at this community. Edit 4 - I forgot to mention the shooting across the street last year and disruptive behavior of individuals has increased over the last two years. Id classify the area is the suburban hood. Not that there's regular shoots but just generally trashy behavior from the residents in the area. 2026 Update (Edit 3): The problems have only gotten worse. Car got towed with the parking tag in it cost $350+ to get out and the tow company is VERY rude. the Elevators smells like pee , kids are LOUD in the hallways all through the night . Management does not care amenities barely work.
