I had an incredible experience during the breathwork session led by the beautiful Bek, along with her amazing assistants Mel and Clare at Fitness YinYang. Throughout the session, my body went through various sensations—tingling, tightness, waves of energy, and a whirlwind of emotions. It was a powerful journey that left me feeling an immense sense of peace and quiet, both inside and out. I’m truly grateful for this transformative experience and can’t wait for our future collaborations with Bek
Absolutely amazing! I recently went on the solomon islands trip it was well organize and activities were next level. Freediving paired with breathe work allowed me to reconnect with myself again and reset for my next chapter. Would strongly recommend her trips and look forward to attending another in the future.
From my very first appointment with Bek over 12 months ago I knew her advice was going to make a big difference to me. Her guidance with breathing exercises and advice on supplements/exercise/nutrition has been exactly what I needed!!
