Amazing service from Mr. Nuttall. I had a recurring issue that was not diagnosed properly from another local shop and it was taken care of like I was part of the family. Very satisfied.

I had dropped the car off the night before so 4 tires and an oil change could be done. I was headed out of town for a bit so they had all morning. Well we get back at I believe it was around 11:45am. Nothing had been done to the car. They know they dropped the ball on this one. They are now climbing over each other to get this fixed. BAM!! It was in the back. Two mechanics working in. They got 4 tires off and on balance all four and do an oil change in under an hour. 4 stars because of the superior customer service to fix th... read more

We appreciate the feedback. When you left your key that night, you left it in the external part of the box that is open to the public, rather than dropping it thru to the inside. Unfortunately, we didn't know the car had been dropped off. It was an accident, and we were happy to pull a couple of technicians off to solely focus on your vehicle and get it taken care of for you in an expedited manner. We appreciate the business!

I bought a boat and blew a trailer tire. Odd size, I googled, and Nuttall tire was closest. Drove over there and this awesome dude Jeremy helped me out. I had to wait a little while because they are so good their phones don’t stop ringing! Hats off to you Jeremy for your honesty, great price, and great attitude! This guy made a bad day a whole lot better. Thanks man!

Several times now, Nuttall has provided me excellent customer service at a fair price. Today they went above and beyond. Last time I purchased tires from them, I purchased the warranty. I was in Greenville when one of the tires went flat. I called for information on the warranty to see if I could use it in Greenville, and Katie helped me out.
