I have to share the amazing customer service experience my daughter and I had today! My teenage daughter called me at work to tell me she had a flat tire. I couldn't leave work to help, and honestly it has been 20 years since I changed a tire so not sure how much help I could've been anyway. Just had my beetle serviced there today. Allways friendly outstanding customer service. Reasonable priced and fast. I am totally happy with my experience there. I am definitely a returning customer. Thank you all for another great experience.
Goodyear quoted me $780 for two tires and alignment on my Murano. $347 at Nuttall. Keith handled my visit - in and out in under 90 minutes. Couldn’t be happier!

Worked for nuttalls a long time ago have always liked their customer service.I recently seen that you can contact them by email and I did so.Im looking for rims for my truck and got a responce back about the size that were on it. I haven't heard anything back unfortunately I work during the day and I can't call so it would be easier by email or text very disappointed !!!!
Nuttall is simply the best!!! Their customer service is second to none. I reallly love how they do business, it’s a model everyone should aspire to.
The service was astonishingly quick and extremely well done. I went in for an oil change, but, due to an odd noise coming from my car, they peeked under my hood for free and let me know what needed to be done. I needed a new cabin and air filters, but they offered for me to view the old ones before offering new ones just so I would know they were not taking advantage of me.
