I had a very unfortunate experience today. I presented a coupon that was given to me by a friend for a free shake. I’ve been to NutriToledo a few times but never had a coupon for a free shake/consultation. I was told that I could not use it and would have to pay full price for my shake. That would have been fine however the person servicing me continued to give was several contradictory statements regarding the use of the coupon and was extremely condescending and rude.
