James is great! All the staff rocks. And shakes are amazing!
The shakes are delicious, my first visit was yesterday. I'm on the fence about customer service; the guy was super friendly, I was debating on whether to leave before he came out the back. The girl didn't greet me, lacked customer service. So I guess I received the great service that other reviews mentioned from one of the two employees.
