For several months I struggled with digestive issues. When I found out that my granddaughter was having success with her food aversions, I decided to follow her lead and check in with Monique. Monique went above and beyond to help me. She sent websites which contained menus, recipes, and shopping lists. I am on a low FODmap diet now that is naturally helping my stomach and intestines. Thanks to Monique, my digestive system has improved immensely!

I am not Monique's patient, but my husband is and I have attended a couple of sessions with him, so we can be on the same page for the treatment of his newly diagnosed diabetes. As a recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic, I met with Monique along with my wife to get some direction about our nutrition path. She was warm, caring and instrumental in helping me reduce my A1C from 11.3 to 6.1 in 3 months without taking any of the drugs my doctor wanted to prescribe. I highly recommend her!

Monique has been a huge help to our 9yo daughter. She has been struggling with intestinal issues for a long time and no one seemed to want to figure out what the causes were, they just wanted to put her on medicine. Monique really cares about the "why." Our daughter loves her and she is feeling so much better! I highly recommend her! She has truly made a huge impact on our daughters quality of life.

Working with Monique has truly been incredible. I was struggling to fix my health and gut issues on my own.
