I had an amazing experience here after having appointments with 2 local hearing aid companies. The owner made me feel safe and wore a mask, and treated me with dignity and respect despite my disabilities and trouble talking after my recent stroke. The owner really went out of his way to take care of me and has earned a customer for life.
I had very bad and disappointing experience My Hearing Aids did not work the way it is claimed per brochure and the company representative , I kept him informed via e mail , I returned these HAs within the trial period and now the refund which is supposed to be 100 % money guaranteed but the company is now throwing monkey wrench stating that it will take 30 days as per their company policy which was not part of my signed contract and or was never stated when I bought these HAs and the fact that the company secretary saying t... read more
