I was sent by my ob to have a emergency c section and they didn't follow through.. My son was a healthy before I got there they risked his life and he passed away they waited 12hours to deliver me my son didn't tolerate that. Especially being a high risk. They tried dilating me and nothing happened after they knew something that they did was wrong they decided to do a c section after they told me I didn't have a option to have one. I wanted to take a few minutes and speak about our experience at W&I. We arrived in triage around 730am on 8/18. We were brought right in and attended to immediately due to my wife's Pre-eclampsia. The staff was great until we were brought upstairs to the OR for the c-section. The OR staff was great, tried to be as quiet as they could and worked quickly. Crooks. Charging people to park to visit their sick loved ones, or women giving birth, is bad enough but Then they adopt a new policy that they won't even wave the parking fee for the handicapped who don't have a choice to park far away and walk. It's sad. Clearly money is more important then people's health to w + I.
