Slow to respond to phone calls and emails. The great thing about them is that theyre in-network with Kaiser plans. Wish they had better communication for patient needs.

Nursing Home Partners is a wonderful company. Placing a loved one is a very difficult and stressful process. Ray and Vance were very accessible and helpful to me during the placement and adjustment phase for my mother. They listened to me offered great advice that I needed. I love that they are nurses and they understand how challenging it is to be a caregiver to a loved one. They’re great people who are great at what they do!
