I had a wonderful experience with Kayla. She was thoughtful, very professional, and took good care of me, before, during, and after my procedure. Caring always begins before the actual procedure when the person can put you at ease and relax you to decrease stress associated with the procedure. Kayla did a wonderful job starting right at the initial introduction. She should be commended! thank you- Lynn
Nurse Next Door looked after my husband for almost three years as he suffered through the various stages of ALS. We both grew to appreciate all NND's personnel, from personal support workers who chatted and entertained him while they cooked meals, cleaned, made beds, and helped him eat blended foods etc. And then the nurses who, although responsible for long night shifts, medications, feeding tubes, breathing masks etc., always made his days seem brighter. I particularly want to mention Shelley, Devyn, Manpreet and Brittney.... read more
