I have been using this facility for years and I have never had long waits to be taken back to see the NPs. I can't always get in to see my normal NP but everyone I have ever encountered has always gone above and beyond for me. I've never had issues making appointments and they always return my call promptly if I have any questions.
Easily the best PCP care I have ever received. Jen is thorough and takes the time to dive into patient issues. I have years of stuff that have been neglected by other medical staff and Jen is aggressive in tackling these issues and has improved my health dramatically. Could not recommend this place enough. Front staff is extremely helpful and the wait is never more than a couple minutes at most. This is a place where there is no ego simply quality care.
wait takes longer than visit, barely any sign of hospitality from the receptionist.
There is no "care" in this facility. The entire process is rushed, it feels like they schedule you for 10 minute appointments and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible (you spend more time in the waiting room than seeing a professional). The primary physicians/practitioners are always in a rush, they really don't take the time to understand what's wrong and rush through questions and provide what feels like extremely generic recommendations or no real recommendations at all.
