My back would ache when I sat for too long or slept on my back. After my first adjustment I slept on my back with no ache or pain for the first time in years!! I wish I had come to her sooner!!
After 3 sessions, my pain has definitely decreased. I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Nurman for your neck/ back issues.
I walked in not being able to sit up on my own. After telling her my specific problems she adjusted my back; I felt relief from the aching pain I previously had due to my posture. Yuliana also took time in explaining and showed me techniques to use at home to help strengthen my back muscles! She was very professional and informative.
