I have been previously diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia by Dr. Nassar (same office as Dr. Festic) a few years ago by way of a sleep study I did at their sleep clinic. Back then there was nothing available as far as medication goes. Now there is. It’s called Xywav. I made an appt with Dr. Festic to get a prescription for it. Dr Festic has helped me very much thru the years of seeing her. Takes her time at my appointments listening to what we discuss no rush in and out the door. Sleeping much better and I feel great.
