I stayed in one of the NUPAC apartments in Ellendale Street when I used to live in Los Angeles. It was one of my worst apartment experience during my studies at the USC. The apartments are old and dirty. I used to see cockroaches and mice all around. The management is terrible too. The owner name is Shahid, he is a lawyer and originally from Pakistan.
