I think Dr Susannah lacks a fair bit of awareness. A few times she's made insensitive comments about fertility issues. I don't think she's very professional, since I brought up a health issue and she just repeated what I was already doing to prevent it. She just wants to have chat half the time. I don't think I want her as my doctor anymore.
Great service. Nice staff. Nice understanding doctor.
This service have constantly let my son and myself down for nearly two years now. This is our real lives they are messing and making it harder, not easier. The service and workers I have had have not even met standards the should be providing clients. We are seeking advice to put in further complaints and will be utilising new services immediately. Thank goodness for CAMHS 🙌🏽😁 And I second all reviews about phone service and receptionists.
