I was really struggling when I started at NuLife. I hadn’t prioritized my mental health in so long, and had reached my breaking point. Even just my intake interview with Rebecca helped me relax and realize I was in the right hands and that things were going to be okay. What stuck with me was the aftercare planning. Before I finished IOP, I had a therapist, a psychiatrist appointment, and a relapse-prevention plan already in place. They set me up to actually keep going
Clean space, professional staff, and I never waited long to be seen. The parking situation was a little tight some mornings, but that’s a minor thing against how much the program helped me.
I cannot say enough positive things about Nulife and the incredible team that works there. This program truly saved my life. NuLife has been a tremendous part of my recovery journey. The combination of group therapy, psychiatric care, and TMS treatment provided me with the support and tools I needed during one of the most difficult period of my life.
