WOW! This sure does not sound like Anne. One thing I can say about her is she usually goes out of her way to be friendly and helpful. While it is true that Happy Hour is served in the lounge, our general position is to help customers get seated in the lounge and then make sure they are served. I will definitely follow-up on this.
