I have stayed here on multiple occasions and not been disappointed. Pleasant staff and enjoyable time. Recently I was forced to cancel my reservations, and less thN 24 hrs. from my scheduled arrival. After speaking with 'MARY' I was advised I would need to pay for the first day of my reservation. As the 'fault was mine I did not complain. 'MARY' called me back 5 minutes later stating she had obtained a waiver of any fees associated with .y reservation. It was a beautiful mini vacation. Parking needs attention but other than that it was amazing.
I had an awesome experience as a first timer to Reno & choosing to stay at the Nugget was the best choice I enjoyed every bit of my stay the hotel was very clean & sanitized smelled great I will definitely be back soon

We upgraded to a suite and for the price we were pretty disappointed in the room. Toilet leaked, not all the lights worked and there was mold in the fridge. We are not ones to complain too much but when I mentioned it at check out the girl told me I should have told them while I was there so they could fix it. Why? So I can stay in the room and watch your guy fix the toilet? Or move to another room after we unpacked already? We were told that was the last suite available anyways.

Smoking restrictions are almost nil at the Nugget Casinos. Myself and my wife just spent a evening at the Nugget. Went to have dinner at Rosies Resturant. No odor of food but the odor of tobacco dominated the casino and public areas. Am I missing something??? Unhappy patron. DP
