Poor Service, Rude staff, not welcoming
Despicable service! They are racist! As well as the patrons they serve! As a mixed race woman I felt attacked by the Caucasian staff and patrons. They harassed my guests and I because they thought my credit cards didn’t belong to me. Yet I had my drivers license to prove it was me. I WILL NEVER RETURN! You all should be shut down! And the burgers were undercooked so thank you for your bigotry and food poisoning

Bartender is rude. she thinks cursing is the best form of customer service. Dont buy the Groupon package clearly they have a problem with people who use them. oh and the bartender can be extra obnoxious but will call the cops on you if you are an ACTUAL woman of color trying to figure out the problem smh
Bartender Brandee very disrespectful and obnoxious. Management apathetic. Stay far away.
This place has rude and very unprofessional workers. One of the employees likes to eat off of customers plates as she brings your order to your tables (still chewing) The owners are obviously too scared to deal with their employees and refuse to “investigate” issues brought to their attention. It’s a waste of time contacting them to make them aware of unpleasant experiences with their business as they tend to just brush you off and sit on their hands. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone especially those of color.
Very distraught over the experience customers are having with the bartender Brandee. She used disgusting language (which I believe was racism fueled) and proceeded to try to embarras a good friend of mine for absolutely no reason. I Wouldn’t wish this treatment on my worst enemy. Terrible place of business. Racist staff. And overall negligent management. Brandee needs to reevaluate her life if she doesn’t feel like every customer should be treated with common decency.
