Fantastic experience! Brandee was a joy to visit with and gave us the total Irish pub experience! The food was beyond wonderful and the portions were generous!
On vacation just wanted to have some drinks and looked up on Maps local places and decided on Nugent’s Tavern. Unexpected great afternoon. Brandee was AWESOME!!! She is totally chill and hilarious and made our not so good start an awesome beginning. I chose this place randomly, Brandee is no random individual complete sweetheart who makes great drinks and great conversation!!!
the customer service is non existent. it smelled like a cat. did not look or smell clean. the male bartender was dismissive and Gina I think her name was that made the worst martini. very weak. koolaid with a dash of vodka. it did not feel welcoming at all. I will not be back

Nugents thanks for being you, love this establishment, fun atmosphere, great food, great customer service, awesome people. Millennials, always feel like things are owed, ugh whoever heard of a coupon at a bar, lolol, I guess. Whoever out there that feels wronged by someone, please fill this out, we hear you:
Brandee the cook and the security guard need to be replaced, I’ve been to this place 1 time and 1 time only customer service is key and very important this place lacks that a bunch, well that is unless your fair skinned. Never have i ever been told to take something off before I sat at the bar (just Incase something goes missing) but I digress what ever it is you guys are gonna say to keep your lil“rink a dink” pub open .
Terrible customer service ! Brandee needs to be fired ! How can you keep in your employ a person of such negativity and inability to minimize issues with patrons ? She is clearly not trained in the customer service/ hospitality field . One bad egg ruins the whole batch and she needs to be retrained or let go . Paying guests should never feel the way she purposefully intended for them to feel .
