I had an excellent experience at this office, particularly with Dr. Biggs. She was extremely thorough, took the time to clearly explain everything, and never made me feel rushed. The office itself was very clean and well-organized, and the entire process—from initial scheduling to the post-visit follow-up—was seamless and professional. The 3D body scan is especially useful for tracking progress, and the staff was consistently kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
I don’t normally do reviews, however I have working with NuGen for several months now and from my experience they have been over the top in person care. Also available to answer my questions 24/7 to actually helping me heal some old injuries I have. Highly recommended.
