There was some confusion about the price, but they stepped up and made it right!
Am very pleased with results. Technician was great at prep and cleanup and the sink looks fantastic.

I would recommend Finish Pros. they did a great job
The owner, Brett Davis, was very cordial and pleasant to deal with. He and his workers started and completed the job in the timeframe comitted. As for follow up, he was very consistent. If for any reason I was not satisfied with the work, and I needed to have the complete job re-done, I know Finish Pro 360 would do it without question.
I had two of my baths reglazed. One bathtub was a cultured marble tub. They did not tell me that this bath would look any different when they were finished. They took it from a cultured marble to a white glaze throughout. I was disappointed that it was different when they told me they did tubs like that all the time. He even told me that they had redone a camouflage tubm and that it looked great. They also had to take off the hardware in the tub to do the g laze, but they neglected to tell me that the faucet in the bathroom ... read more
He was very personable and it looks great.
I originally submitted the request 7 months before deciding to go through with the service. Called them back, and they were able to find my records, and schedule an appointment for the very next day. The guy arrived on time and was here all day, and did a great job. Hassle free and good job.
I had some imperfections but some have been repaired and some will be fixed soon. I was a little surprised at how much fixing chips is. Great customer service and good communication.
