Food and coffee was great. Just be prepared for the hour long wait for food. It's well worth it. The wait staff are knowledgeable about the menu. Love the atmosphere too!
We enjoyed a late breakfast there, good service and great food.

Ok, here is the truth about this phenomenal gem in Eau Claire. This place has the best breakfast in town. The banana bread french toast is great, the regular french toast is also just as good (love the orange zest), and lay but not least my wife and i love the el presidente. The down side to the nucleus is, the wait time can be long, knowing this, get here at 8am. Even if any of you get here late the service and food is well worth the wait.
Despite a 45 minute wait to be seated (we were told 15-20 minutes) and a 45 minute wait for our food (we were told 30 minutes) it was good. I would go back, but not if I was in any sort of time crunch!
Wait for our food on a Sunday at noon was about 45 mins, but it was worth every bite. Omelette was stuffed to the max with crab with a super large helping of hash browns. Crepe the size of my calf was overflowing with whipped cream and bananas. The portions were super huge, especially for the price. Latte was beautiful and just as delicious. Wish I lived in the area so I could come here more often.
