Christopher was great! He helped me thru a stressful situation that was not the departments fault. And also I told him how I was claustrophobic and get panic attacks and he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed for my full body scan. Thanks Christopher!
I am having the same problem with Loma Linda getting things done at a snails pace. I have a stat order for a PET/CT that should have been done a year ago and Optum dropped the ball and now Loma Linda takes between 24 & 48 hrs to process stat orders...wow. Before retiring I was an R.N. and I put through many stat orders and that didn't mean a day or two later. wow.
It's just so awful to try and book a consultation appointment 😫 with Loma Linda Nuclear medicine department. For the past 3 weeks, at the end of each week passed, I've been told the same thing....that " my order was just received and entered in the system today" and because of that, they cant book my appointment until its been reviewed. Each time ive been told it will take one week to get a call back. Including today a few minutes ago. So now i have to wait another week.
