stay away from all of the service departments. my truck had oil changes through quick lane and 2 out of the 4 times my oil cap was missing and had to replace it on my own cost. recently had my spouse's jeep serviced and same as my truck, oil cap was missing covering the engine bay in oil. there is oil pooled ontop of the engine! autoserve is taking care of it for her and cleaning it. But I DO NOT reccomend having autoserve touch your car.

There is no $99 down deal unless you want a brand new Jeep with an outrageous payment. We spent 2 hours driving to them because We were told we were approved for the $99 down deal got there there is no $99 down deal 2000 down so on and so forth. It was a complete waste of time for us the sales men we spoke with was not nice he was rude and disrespectful to my husband and I. I would not recommend dealing with them if you don’t have great credit.

Great atmosphere, and excellent service with Mike Huckins. Took us through the proceeds step by step. Loved the cafe. Good food and service. Very happy with our Ford Edge. Such great service from Richie and Mike Z. the went above and beyond to get me a new car. Honest, didn't try to sell me something I could not afford. Told them what I was looking for and they found it! Even the staff that works that I never met called in favors so I could have a safe vehicle to drive.
