I am astounded at how rude and unprofessional theese people are! My 19 year old daughter was treated so so poorly by a receptionist Sharon and a so called manager "Joe" I do not recommend this place the customer service is the worst i have ever encountered! I will spread the word to all I know because it is not right!!!! The service dept is so unprofessional very disappointed! They would not give me any contact info to corporate so if you get this please contact me! Thanks
Worked with Ron Semons, and he was extremely kind, and attentive to my situation. Despite being a 21 year old woman, he took me and my needs with the vehicle very seriously. They worked hard to get me a low interest rate (lower than any of my student loans! Go Figure!) I bought a 2019 VW Jetta, and Ron was very honest about pricing, his experiences with VW, and what AutoServ has to offer beyond the physical vehicle they sell.
