RecommendedWent in there not sure if we could actually make a deal since we needed to be bought out of two leases. They worked this out with us and we were able to get a great car. Payment was higher then what we told them we wanted to be at but we did get a great car.
bought a car with 63k miles, was told by salesman that it was up to date on all services. come to find out they never did the 60k mileage transmission service. car wouldnt start the other day, towed it to a mechanic that showed me the transmission oil blacker than black and spark plugs that were burnt out. also had my wheels balanced at autoserve. while the car was at the mechanic they balanced them again and showed me just how far off they were. stear clear of the service department here. they have no clue what they are doi... read more

Just left after a very bad experience. Dragged my two little ones out of bed 6 am this morning to get to our car Appointment (2 hours away) we had made through Danielle and Nina. We found a Kia we wanted , asked for a quote, iterated several times (in text) that we were vermont residents because I wanted to be reassured we could drive home same day. Very professional in handling the sale and also showing consideration toward COVID-19. Every staff member was courteous and very good at what they do. My sales person was Mike. Every company would like to have a team made up people like Mike. He couldn’t have done better. Hard to believe he’s new in the business. He seemed like a seasoned pro.
