My daughter went to Autoserve to see if she could refinance her vehicle and was told that this is a free charge that they do. She did not do it at that time, but told me about it so I went. I was told that they charge $75.00. I went ahead with the process. They filled out all the paperwork and did reduce my interest rate. I was stupid and didn’t read through all the numbers and over the weekend realized they that they bought my car for the price I owed,but sold it back to me for more money. I drove over an hour for a scheduled appointment to test drive a vehicle, only to be told the vehicle was not available to be test driven and being worked on by maintenance. After seeing the vehicle on the lift I noticed it was missing equipment that was pictured on the AutoServe website. After speaking with management I was given neither an apology or any indication that they would try prevent these things from happening to another customer. I would discourage anyone from taking anything said or shown by AutoServe as true.
