The sales manager (Bob) was extremely rude and crass. Fred was very polite. Wish the manager didn’t get involved. Would not recommend this place at all.
I came in to get my key fobs reprogrammed for my Nissan. The website states hours of 10-5 on Sunday. I arrived and was told the Nissan dealership is closed. I drove over 40 minutes to find out that the website is wrong and I have waisted my trip. Thanks for nothing!

The maintenance workers do not have enough knowledge about repairs needed. They failed me on a cabin air filter which is not an inspectable item. And they did not even look at the cabin air filter, because it would require my glove box to be taken apart. Every single one of my items in my glove box was left right where I put them. They told me I needed a control arm, and I only needed a ball joint. Very unreliable workers. Never going back to Auto Serv for any business whatsoever. Waste of my time. I had the best treatment from both Michael and Abbie . What a great experience. They saved me money on my car payment and Michale saved me over $ 100.00 on my car insurance. And Abbie got me a lower loan payment. I am forever thankful for everything they did, I will be doing all my car care with Auto Serv. Thank them for me. I am sending my daughter to Auto Serv Tilton when they are looking for a car shortly.
