customer service for repairs are very uncaring it is all about the money and they don't stand by anything and the service is very very slow.i will never buy a vehicle from them EVER!!!
I bought my jeep there and have to get my oil changed there for warranty purposes. Well I go down that way about 1x a month so didn’t think I would have an issue using the quick lube, no appointment needed. Well I have been down there 2x this month and because THEY have had people call in and not staffed appropriately(thats what they told me) I couldn’t get my oil changed!! Now I will need to make a special trip down and use more gas because Im due in 400miles.

Came out of Market Basket to a flat tire, and the can of Fix a flat I walked over to Walmart for wasn’t inflating the tire, so I drove the car across to Autoserv, where we bought it. They didn’t have the tire I would have needed in stock, but they searched for the leak, found the sealant had worked, and no repair was needed, just air. I was also due for an inspection sticker so they did that. All in about an hour, while they were busy, and I didn’t have an appointment. I even walked out without paying a cent.
