Dr. Nuby, you are very kind and welcoming to your patients and the parents BUT the TIME that it takes is unacceptable. My 7 month old daughter had to wait nearly 3 hours! When I called to call attention to this there wasn't even an apology or an explanation as to why. I am Very disappointed, frustrated and upset with the situation. No baby or child should have to be that long at a doctors office in my opinion.
RecommendedHave been coming here since my 15yr old was a baby and I love dr. Nuby and his crew! This years Santa set up was so sweet!
They open at 8am, just called at 8:08am and they can't see my son today for a same day sick appointment. The receptionist said they DO have same day appointments for sick children but apparently they all filled up in the 8 minutes before I called. I asked if I could bring my son to be tested for the flu and she referred me to a pediatric urgent care. Needless to say we will be moving our two children to a more accessible and better scheduled office.

Love everything about this Dr. Dr. Nuby has seen 3 of my 4 children and all 5 grandchildren. He is awesome. He started taking care of my premmie son when he came home from Baylor in 2006. I will never forget how he came to my car to grab my baby from me cause I had my other child. God bless him and his staff.

I’ve raved about this place in the past. Just deleted that based off today’s experience. My daughter was seen for a routine iron recheck on Monday (hour and a half for a routine finger prick 🙄) and an ear infection was found. Got Amoxicillin and she was good. Today she spiked to 102 and got sent home from school. Nuby said to bring her in if she got a fever (hadn’t had one previously) or any new symptoms. Along with the fever she had a cough, feeling unwell, fatigue, and diarrhea. Front desk told me it’d be Monday afternoon... read more
