use to love bringing my kids here but I'll give them one more chance waiting over an hour and no one said a word. then when you ask well we are running behind since this morning well maybe you guys should have said something when I checked in for the appointment.

I would never suggest to anyone to take there children to Nuby Pediatrics in Denton TX or any other Nuby Pediatrics. They treated my grandson badly. Made him wait a long time just to get one shot. Forty five minutes is bit to long to see one doctor. When no one else was even there. Shame on the doctor that treated him in such a bad manner. So unprofessional! 😡😡😡
My children are 22 &17 years old and we all still say Dr. Nuby was the best pediatrician they ever had. Being a single parent he really help me stay calm and keep my children safe. Heaven & Anisten Elijah still love you Dr.Nuby and so do I. God bless you and yours
Failure to listen to parents concerns. Failure to listen to Grandparent’s concerns. Was told take a video for next visit. Meanwhile Grandson is 14 months old and can’t hear, can’t walk and can barely eat solid foods. Now has to have OT, PT, and nutritional therapy. They refused to work with WIC on getting him an formula prescription. To the point that the director of WIC for the state of Texas had to get involved. Best pediatrician ever! The office staff is friendly. Dr. Nuby has cared for all of the children in our family (6 total) and now the newest member, our grand baby, is under his care. We love and TRUST Dr. Nuby
The staff is friendly, never a long wait, very informative with any questions we have. I really like that they print off information for me to read about. Never any billing issues. But most of all I enjoy the Doctors and staff!! Highly recommend this office. All our local friends and family are patients at Nuby Pediatric!! Great with administering shots and very comforting for Mom and Baby.
If I could give this pediatrics office negative stars I would! The WORST customer service I have ever received, staff is horrible from the front desk to the billing team! The billing team does not know how to verify insurance, therefore will try to charge you out of pocket for cost that your health insurance covers fully! Admins are too lazy to give you referrals when the Doctor orders them, and will ask you to find them yourself, then they will find your referrals if you prove not be able to.
