This man is a GENIUS he was able to fix my vacuum, a pretty specialized vacuum at that. He had confidence he was extremely nice and his price point was perfect.. I can not recommend him enough I called 30 people that couldn’t help me until he stepped up thank you thank you thank you !

The owner was very fair with us and helpful. It's a nice shop with a good pleasant atmosphere. He did a good, quick job fixing mother's vacuum now it works great. He didnt try to take advantage and do more or charge more than was necessary. My mother wants to go back to this establishment next time she has problems with her machine. He really treats his customers with dignity and respect.

It's a small store loaded with vacuums. The Owner is very nice and helpful. He has a good deal on repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend.

Awesome shop… owner, Shaman fixed two things on the spot, determined bag replacements…old school service which I love…knowledgable, kind, efficient, very professional. He’s a cool guy, Curtis Mayfield playing, cluttered with vacs… you actually have to park on East 14th. Phone number has changed. I will take my Oreck and Miele in next. Ten stars.
