Thanks for your feedback Mandy. Our hold policy is for 24 hours and we try to enforce this the same with our employees. I will make sure this doesn't happen in the future, we value our customers!
I consigned quite a few items here once, and a pair of my shoes were stolen. Staff was unsympathetic and didn't seem interested in helping me try to find them. Only one shoe in a pair is on the sales floor at any time--the other is held in an employee-only area. Hmm. When even the more difficult-to-steal items get stolen, you've lost all of my confidence. Won't go back.
