I'm a walking billoard for Nu Look. 9 times out of 10 when someone asks where my awesome _______ came from, I get to tell them about this Lake Harriet area gem. I've discovered tons of unique indie brands, had opportunities to buy labels whose price points are usually out of my range and taken advantage of the twice annual sales for years in order to bolster my artsy wardrobe. I'm not afraid to gush. I <3 Nu Look.

I have been a customer, both as a seller and buyer, for many years. My experience has been that the owners do care about their customers even though some of the staff aren't the friendliest. I believe the pricing has increased too much which slows down sales. I would rather see items priced reasonably and sell then waiting for them to sell when they go down to 50% off. I use to buy more in the store, I think the clothing is great, but with the price increase I have noticed, I don't buy as much. Also, it is so packed, not sur... read more
